At Star Flooring & Remodeling I'm the IT & AI Solutions Specialist and sole IT owner for a 30-person, multi-branch company — Microsoft 365 administration, cloud infrastructure, security operations, and AI enablement. I built and run StarBot, our internal AI, and quietly automate the things that shouldn't require a human every time.
